“Kôt-Dar-Im” refers to the amusement of gathering azalea or chrysanthemum petals to be incorporated into rice cakes or griddle cakes, which would then be shared and eaten together. It is the lovely leisure culture enjoyed by our forbears who lived in harmony with nature.
